“Plant Burst” & "we" shall mean D.J ALLEN & K.J ALLEN t/a Plant Burst its successors and assigns or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of D.J ALLEN & K.J ALLEN T/A Plant Burst.
All our plants are sold online through our website www.plantburst.com.au , instore, at markets and through social media platforms. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. We reserve the right to change or update our terms and conditions at any time without notice and it is the responsibility of the customer or anyone using this site to be always familiar with our terms and conditions and we will not be held responsible for failure to do so. It is the responsibility of anyone using this site to regularly check for any updates & changes. We will not tolerate any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying online, on social media or instore and if this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse entry and block any member from any of our social media sites & website. The use of any information or content or use of content for commercial or non-commercial use is not permitted unless you have sort permission from the business owners. Any form of copyright without the business owners’ consent is not permitted, and Plant Burst will not hesitate to undertake all legal avenues once this is identified. Due to biosecurity reasons, some plants cannot be sent interstate. We post Australia wide only. Some of our product lines are local pickup only, in this case we at our discretion may offer delivery on a case by case basis. A lot of our plants are grown ourselves but where demand outstrips supply, we also source from other quality nurseries & suppliers where we need to. We strive to provide the best quality plants and to provide the customer with the best quality we can. The material on this site is general information only and should not be used or relied on or used as a basis for making choices or decisions without seeking professional & more accurate advice. Any information you use from off this site is done so at your own risk and we will not be held responsible.
ORDERS
Abandoned carts will not be saved. If you place and pay for an order and then decide to cancel it before it is shipped, a $20 administration charge will be applied to cover our staff time in processing this. A refund of the balance will be issued within 10-12 working days. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Plant stock levels listed on the website are as accurate as possible and are usually updated daily however may not be accurate always due to technical issues, human error etc. Plants are living and variable items and once they leave our care, we are unable to tend to the plants needs and therefore we do not guarantee stock of any plants. Plant size may vary but we always send the best plants we have available at the time. If you have ordered plants that we are subsequently unable to supply, we'll get in touch with you to offer a substitute of the closest variety of plant where possible or offer a store credit or a refund if a similar variety is not available. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website or exclusively instore. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to correct pricing at any time & will not be held responsible for any pricing errors online or instore. Pricing errors such as for example where an item is $22.50 but has in fact been listed in store, on social media or online as $2.50 due to human error will not be honored.
PAYMENT
You can pay via Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards, in Australian dollars. All prices are listed in Australian dollars & include GST. Your order will not be picked and packed for shipping until full payment is received. We will not hold stock without payment. Once your order is submitted and paid for, you cannot add, change it, or apply discounts to it retrospectively. Please be certain your order is complete, and you have entered all information before you check out. If you decide you want to purchase more items after you have placed an order and paid for it, you will need to place a separate order. All orders are processed separately as we do not combine orders. If you place and pay for an order and then decide to cancel it before it is shipped, a $20 administration charge will be applied to cover our staff time in processing this. A refund of the balance will be issued within 10 working days. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you want shipment of your plants delayed until a specific date, a $20 administration charge will be applied to cover our staff time in maintaining your plants in the interim. Otherwise, all plant orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please supply complete and accurate payment and delivery details. We cannot be responsible for any loss or delay or failure to deliver or process your order resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided. We reserve the right to reject your order. If this occurs, we will refund any money paid. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right without notice to discontinue a service and or products and take no responsibility to you or any third party for any changes made or services discontinued.
SHIPPING
We deliver to Australian addresses, through Australia Post and courier. We will deliver your plants by the most efficient method possible, based on your delivery location. You can order from outside Australia, only if the plants are to be delivered to an Australian address. Please allow for currency exchange fees applied by your bank. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods if you have requested for your parcel, order or goods to be left unattended if not home. We pack and ship as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Please allow on average 5-7 working days from receipt of order for packing; and 5-7 working days from date of shipment for delivery. In peak gardening times or public holiday times (eg early spring, Easter, Christmas) your order might take 10 days or more from date of shipping. We do not ship on Fridays before Monday or before Public Holidays if it is a plant order, to limit the time your plants spend in transit. Depending on the area & transport we may not post plants until the following Monday in some cases to avoid sitting in transport for longer than necessary. Delivery of parcels depends on Australia Post, or the courier companies Plant Burst utilize, so we do not have control over this. We will email you to let you know when your parcel has been shipped, so you can track its progress. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown in your checkout form. If you have placed an order for collection from our store, we will contact you when the order is ready for collection, usually within 7 days. Please do not turn up unless you have been notified to avoid waiting, as your plants will not be ready for collection.
RETURNS
All our orders are hand packed with care and leave our premises in the very best condition possible. However, issues can arise in transit which we have no control over. Please check all product descriptions before ordering, we try to give as much information as possible including care notes and dimensions. Please check your order when it arrives. If your plant order is incorrect, or arrives in poor condition as a result of shipping issues, please contact our customer service directly, by phone 0422580886 or email via the website form, as soon as possible. If you do not phone or email our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues or delivery problems. Contacting us via our social media accounts is not a substitute, as we do not check those accounts daily and cannot track your orders through their platforms. Let us know your full name, address, and order number if you have it, so we can track your order faster. You will need to email us photographs of the plants so we can see the problem and take steps to identify and rectify it. If your plants are not those you ordered, or arrive in poor condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of your plants or mail you replacement plants if we have those available. If you have ordered the wrong plant, or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error. If you have ordered a gift or sundry item (not including live plants) that you do not want, you can return them to us at your own cost within 48 hours of receipt for a refund of the product cost. We will not refund shipping costs.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal contact information is collected for the purposes of fulfilling your order, communicating with you about your order, sending you information on our plants and gardening as well as marketing. In placing your order, or signing up for our email service, you agree for us to retain your personal information for that purpose. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not hold any credit/debit card details. If you pay online, these are processed by third party payment providers to ensure maximum security.
