Welcome to Plant Burst. This website is operated by Plant Burst (ABN: [Insert ABN]). Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Plant Burst. By visiting our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, vendors, merchants, or contributors of content.
We may update these Terms occasionally, and your continued use of the website means you accept any changes. If you don’t agree with our terms, we kindly ask you not to use the website or services.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to offer our products to you.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, or to break any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Any misuse of the site, including the transmission of harmful code or viruses, may result in termination of your access.
2. Our Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or product availability without notice. Products may appear slightly different from photos due to the nature of live plants and screen displays.
Some items may be available in limited quantities. We do our best to keep stock accurate, but reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if a product becomes unavailable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $30 on all orders. Orders are packed within 48 hours and shipped Monday to Thursday to ensure safe delivery — especially during warmer months.
We currently ship to metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, and SA. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to WA, NT, TAS, PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to courier restrictions and quarantine laws.
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for metro areas from dispatch. Regional deliveries may take longer. Delivery times may vary and are subject to external courier delays, especially during peak seasons.
4. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@plantburst.com.au within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll organise a replacement or store credit.
For plant care products or accessories that arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days.

5. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and store your data in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to support our store and content. We’re not responsible for any external content, websites or tools you may access via links on our website.
7. Legal Stuff (Limitation of Liability)
Plant Burst does not accept liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from your use of this site, services, or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or services. All use is at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in relation to our services or website will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
