Returns & Refunds

We want you to be as happy with your new plant as we were packing it. Every plant from Plant Burst is sent in good health and is backed by our 30-day plant guarantee.

Plants can be sensitive to new surroundings — some minor blemishes or a bit of weariness is totally normal as they settle into their new space.

In the rare case your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t survive the journey, we’ll happily send a replacement free of charge. To be eligible, the plant must not have been repotted within the first 30 days, as this voids the guarantee.

What to do if your plant arrives damaged:
Please email us at sales@plantburst.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible.
(Unfortunately, we can't process refunds or replacements after 30 days.)


Care Products & Accessories

If your plant care product or accessory arrives damaged or is faulty within 14 days, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Please send us photos of the damage along with your order number so we can sort it out for you.

Note: If the original plant or product is out of stock, we may offer a similar item or a gift card instead.


Afterpay Orders

All purchases made using Afterpay are final sale. We’re unable to offer refunds through Afterpay, but we’re happy to arrange an exchange or store credit valid for 3 years.
