Shipping policy

We take great care in packing and sending your plants and hampers so they arrive safe, fresh, and ready to thrive. Every order is shipped directly from our Toowoomba-based nursery with attention to detail and plenty of love.

Shipping Cost
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $30 on all orders.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We pack all orders within 48 hours of purchase.
To protect your plants during warmer months, we ship Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location.
For most metro areas, shipping takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Regional locations may require a little extra time. Please note: delays can occur during peak seasons.

Where Do We Ship?
Due to quarantine regulations, we currently deliver to metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT and SA only.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers
We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers — please provide a physical street address at checkout.
